Hostellers:

            Demand Draft for 16,842 (D) to be drawn in favour of 'The Chairman, Council of Wardens' payable at Chennai



Day Scholars:             Demand Draft for 15,442 (A+B(1)+B(2)+B(3)+B(4)+B(5)+C+D(1)&(5)) to be drawn in favour of 'The Registrar, IIT Madras' payable at Chennai

Fees are subject to revision from time to time as decided by the Institute.

 SC/ST Students are exempted from payment of Tuition Fee. Sponsored candidates have to pay tuition fee of 25,000/- per semester.
 Only for students who opt for hostel accomodation in the campus
 Day Scholars also have to pay this amount.
